when you get a scope you should get an airsoft gi 3-9×40 its good

You can use the rail as iron sights (kinda) and line it up with the middle of the barrel, then aim an inch or so below your target, its what i did with my sniper rifle when i didnt have enough money for a scope. Hope this advice helps.
