@TheBoReD1342 I would definitely recommend this upgrade. Not only was there a noticeable increase in power, but the bolt was SMOOTHER to pull back, so it doesnt even feel more difficult to pull the stronger spring. I think this is because theres a lower friction coefficient between metal on metal versus plastic on metal.

I was just wondering if i add a upgrade kit to my l96 that gets it up to ~540-570 fps will i need a new trigger sear, and how long will the stock one last with the upgrade kit?

Of which song is your intro sound clip from? And thank you for the video.

would you recommend this upgrade? and is it worth it?
April 26th, 2010 at 2:38 am
does this work in the well l96

What, roughly, was your increase? In accuracy AND FPS? If so, what would you say they were? And how much did this kit cost, where did you get it?

@DirtyAssassin1 The trigger sear can handle the UTG upgrade kit. Ive put about 150 shots through the upgraded rifle and it is still in great condition.

@Ericsson909 Im pretty sure its impossible to remove the firing pin unless the stock is removed. I don’t know of any way to do what your saying.
April 26th, 2010 at 4:13 am
You can actually take the bolt off without removing the whole upper assembly from the stock

Could you make another video of where you placed the Teflon and what you think of the upgrade after a few weeks. Thank you.
April 26th, 2010 at 5:22 am
Was it noticeably more accurate?
April 26th, 2010 at 6:16 am
Im sure that if you upgrade all the parts in the bolt, you need to upgrade the trigger sear? Is that true?
April 26th, 2010 at 7:06 am
realy? where do you get silicone grease??
April 26th, 2010 at 7:16 am
Dude, don’t use lithium grease in your cylinder. It will eat away your o-ring. Use silicone grease.

Thanks, ive actualy already done the suspension mod to my inner barrel (basically removing the barrel spacers and replacing them with duct tape or electric tape) this helps with stability during shots.
Regarding inner barrel replacement i have not bought an inner barrel yet because i want a 6.01mm from Edgi and they cost around $100 so im waiting till i feel like spending more money on my L96
April 26th, 2010 at 8:16 am
The increase is over 20 percent so that should take it to about 540 FPS with .2′s
however i use .28′s and .30′s for increased accuracy
April 26th, 2010 at 8:41 am
hey good video dude… you should do one on changing the inner barrel
