This is the Mauser SR L96 Airsoft rifle. It is an excellent Airsoft Sniper Rifle as it is VERY accurate and its Bolt Action makes it very quiet, unlike AEG’s. It fires at around 450FPS it weighs just over 9lb 24 round Magazine 114cm long 3-9×40 scope included Bi-pod included (not very durable) Adjustable Cheek rest. Comes with a pack of 40 BBs and a speed loader with adapter. The reason it has realistic colours is because I’m a member of an Airsofting club. This rifle is perfect for Airsofting and i havent regretted getting it. I had a problem with the Bi-pod where the legs wouldnt stay down because the locking-pin had worn away but i got a new one. I had another scope at home so i swapped the 3-9×40 with the 6-24×44 scope. It is a bit powerful for an Airsoft rifle but it has a variable distance selector on the side so there isnt any need to zero the scope in for different distances. —-Excuse the CoD4 music, i didnt know whatelse to put to this?—-
In this video, I do a quick comparison of the suppressed and unsuppressed sound signatures of my L96 Urban Warrior 1. The day was very rainy and wet with a lot of background noise from the surrounding neighbors, which I think recreates real-world conditions to evaluate the performance of this rifle. The rifle is based on a Well brand L-96 platform. Has a shortened outer AND inner tight barrel (outer barrel is 16.5″ (42cm) and inner barrel is to about VSR G-spec length, 12″ (30.4cm)) so that I could mount a working, proprietary baffle, suppressor that not only further mitigates noise but also enhances accuracy and velocity due to free-bore boost. I modified the lower area of the stock (added “finger notches” as in the real-steel rifle) and added a “dummy magazine” which is functional as it has a compartment for a spare magazine. It has a “harris-type” bi-pod and is topped with a Tasco 40X 4 -16, illuminated Tactical scope with sunshade and lens caps and a custom built anti-reflection device and I also mounted a bubble-level to help keep the rifle straight in shooting, which is more critical in an airsoft gun as the trajectory of the projectile is short and parabolic. It has a “reptilian pattern” camo finish in olive-drab. Reduced the overall length to be suitable as a precision rifle for urban sniping or DMR roles where engagement distances are usually closer. Gun’s length: 36″ (91.4cm) without suppressor, 40.5″ (103cm) with suppressor. Please do take a look at my other …
The is the extended review of my friend, Daniel’s Tanaka Works M40A1 Gas airsoft sniper rifle. We went to Acme Brick to film this and unfortunately the wind was pretty wild, so sorry for the noise. In this review he will shoot 2 mags (22 rounds) from 2 different distances (50 feet and 100 feet) at a “Man size target”. At 50 feet from the target he will use .28 gram bb’s. At 100 feet he will use .40 gram bb’s. In total this review will [hopefully] prove to you that the Tanaka M40A1 is a adequate and worth purchasing gun. Thanks! Please Comment, Rate, And Subcribe! This is the informal accuracy test of the “Tactical – Urban Warrior 1″ Compact – Airsoft sniper rifle. Target is at 50 feet (15.24 meters), In-doors, using .25g ICS Extreme Precision bbs .
