Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010

Whenever you are out in the field in the middle of an airsoft exercise, it always pays to make sure that you have a piece of equipment that is going to deliver for you consistently. Whenever you choose something from the G&G Armament, you are sure to receive everything that you’re going to need. Here is a little bit about the G&G Armament of weaponry that you will find available from this company. Regardless of which of the guns you happen to choose, however, you’re sure to get quality and performance from g&g airsoft guns.

Who Are They

G&G has been in business for over 20 years, manufacturing airsoft guns and other equipment that makes them one of the industry leaders. They are focused on quality, both in the equipment that they deliver and for the quality of the customer service that they give to individuals who purchase from the G&G Armament. This makes it a clear choice, but there are are some specific guns that are available which we find to be some of the best that can be found.

Some Popular Guns They Make

For example, the G&G G96 Airsoft green gas/propane powered Sniper Rifle is a solid piece of equipment, that is a bit on the heavy side but most people tend to appreciate that in order to get a little bit more accuracy. The clip is capable of holding 15 rounds and fires them over 600 FPS, which is enough to lay down some serious cover fire for your teammates. As with most of the guns in the G&G armament, it is a combination of metal and ABS plastic. It’s an excellent choice for anybody that is going to be an air soft sniper, but keep in mind that it does not come with the gas. Gas is available optionally from your retailer, so make sure that you order yours at the same time as you order the G96.

They Even Make Great Guns For Beginners

Another good choice for use on the skirmish field is the G&G Combat Machine Series. These are excellent beginner guns from G&G and provide high rates of fire and velocities over 350 FPS and prices under $200. The combat machine series gives you the option of semi automatic and full automatic fire, along with some other included options which make it an excellent choice for beginner and intermediate airsofters ready to do battle.

One mile behind The lines

Thursday, February 25th, 2010

A stick of paratroopers are accidently dropped one mile behind the german lines. This is the story of two of them tryung to escape. I have done a little bit of editing on this one so it should look a little better. TO THOSE WHO KEEP ASKING HERE IS A DESCRIPTION OF WHERE WE GOT ALL THE STUFF uniforms- My pants were from my dad. they were his jungle fatiuges. He was a captian in the airforce. We dont have the over shirts on because we had just finished working on somthing and it was texas so it was hot. We do have several though. The german shirts i got for 10 dollars a piece at swisslink.com guns- the m1 was an old m14 airsoft gun so i took the clip out and painted the right parts brown to look like an m1. The 1903 springfield was a airsoft sniper rifle with a scope attached. German machingun was a greasgun because i havnt gotten my mp40s yet. One of the german rifles was a .22 that we got to shoot. We have made a thirty cal(holding ground) and a mortar(also holding ground) The key to getting alot of this stuff is to surf the web, get a job, not just sit on the couch dreaming, and try making some stuff. You will be suprised what you can make.

Ghillie Suits for Kids

Friday, January 22nd, 2010

For many fathers, hunting and shooting has become a rite of passage and a more family friendlier sport. With the increasing popularity, many clubs and shooting ranges have opened their membership to include entire families and are allowing their children to be accompanied with a family member. Since kids need to learn how to shoot first, many schools now offer classes and programs that allow kids to learn how to shoot – usually with an air rifle, with a seasoned adult instructor. With rising popularity, ghillie suit manufactures have began to offer ghillie suits for kids, and other children’s clothing for hunting and shooting purposes.

The kids ghillie suits are specially made for children, which are designed for younger adults and kids who are involved in shooting sports. Having kids and adults when hunting may not seem entirely like a good idea, which is why manufactures have specially designed kids ghillie suits to be able to set them apart for adult ghillie suits. For the safety of children, many adults want to be able to distinguish kids and adults in the field or shooting range. Plus, kids don’t want to look like their parents.

Kids and teenagers, don’t want to be in the same room, wearing the same ghillie suit as their mom or dad. Which is why many kids ghillie suits are made to look good and be very comfortable. Kid’s ghillie suits, today, are made to provide adequate camouflage to kids, but still keeping in mind that younger people want a great looking suit when their friends are around them. While kids ghillie suits are a little bit different from the adult ones, they are also made of different materials.

For the obvious reason, kids are smaller than adults, they won’t be able to handle the weight of the typical ghillie suit. Gillie suits being made of extremely heavy layers of padding, where most adults can barely handle the weight during long periods of time. Knowing this, companies that make and sell kids gillie suits, make them with light weight materials like Teratex membrane and other synthetic materials like the kids ghillie suit sold by GhillieGear.com. These light weight synthetic materials allow kids and teenagers to be more maneuverable while wearing their ghillie suits. The light weight materials allows them to be active for longer periods, without over heating or getting too hot too quickly.

Grown ups, are too be envious of kids ghillie suits, because they have many additional features that normal ghillie suits do not have. For one thing, kid ghillie suits are much more quieter, making them less distracting on the range. Given kids will be running trying to out do the other, the noise from friction of materials rubbing against one another, is greatly reduced with kid gillie suits. Despite the fact that kid gillie suits are not as heavy and cumbersome as adult ones, they are very weather proof, and protects your child from catching a cold or the sniffles from an entire day of being outside. Furthermore, and perhaps one of the greatest advantages, is that most kid ghillie suits are machine washable. Considering, “boys will be boys” or kids will be kids, this is a great advantage to be able to just throw their ghillie suits in the washing machine – and be able to store them, to be used for another day of fun!
