Are you interested in purchasing Gas Airsoft Guns, http://www.softairpro.com/gas-airsoft-guns/ If so, you don’t want to start your shopping experience without first learning a few important things to look in the Airsoft Guns model that you select. If this is your first Airsoft Gas Gun purchase, you may not know everything you should about choosing the right Gas Airsoft Gun for your needs. Replica Airsoft Guns offers these tips to help inform you and prepare you for a satisfying shopping experience and future fun with your Airsoft firearm.
About the Gas BlowBack Air soft Gun 33 Chances are you do want this feature in the air soft guns you select. Basically, blow back occurs when that gas, which propelled the pellet or bb out of the muzzle of the firearm, returns towards the gun in order to put the spring back in place for the next shot. The advantage of blowback is that it makes firing multiple shots with your gas sniper airsoft rifle much easier and faster. That means you’ll have a definite advantage over any competitors who do not have such a feature on their Gas Airsoft Guns.
And not all of them do have blow back. This is only a required feature on the models that are consider automatic or semi-automatic, unlike the shotguns. If you definitely want blow back, then you have to look for these specific types of guns.
Different Types of Gas for Your Airsoft Gas Guns, http://www.softairpro.com
As the name suggests, these soft air guns use pressurized gas to set off the ammo. However, the type of gas used in these firearms varies. Commonly, there are three types of gas options to choose from. One is standard CO2. Another is HFC134a, which is a type of refrigerant. And, finally, some of the guns used a product known as green gas, see green gas airsoft gun, http://www.softairpro.com that is made from a combination of propane and silicone oil. If you’re looking for power, the best choice is the green gas. It’s by far the most powerful of all the propellants on the market.
Keep in mind, however, that not all gas airsoft pistols can use green gas. If you use this gas in firearms which are not created to handle it then you could end up damaging your gas airsoft rifles. No amount of extra power is worth doing that. If you’re no sure whether or not green gas works in your gun, talk to someone who knows at Replica Airsoft Guns. You can contact our customer service department at with your questions.
What About the Prices
Of course another important consideration when you buy any type of recreational item is the cost. While most people would agree that the average Gas Airsoft Guns are reasonably priced, you also want to figure in the prices of your accessories. It’s like purchasing a video game console. You may only budget for the price of the system but you’re also going to need cash for the games, controllers, and other accessories. With these firearms, you’ll want to get more ammo, more gas, maybe a carrying case and lubricant oil, and possibly some handy targets for practicing your ability to aim and hit your target consistently.

Having adequate knowledge on the different types of airsoft guns is important before you purchase any of them and this is an article to guide you on the differences.
Spring Airsoft Guns: These are basically single shot or spring cocked gadget which resembles the bolt action rifle or the shotgun. In order to use these guns to fire, there is a need for the user to pull back the slide or bolt to cock the spring before each shot is fired. They are not recommended for close combat competitions because of their unsuitability for this type of competitions. However, they are most commonly used for marksman and sniper functions.
Electric Airsoft Guns (AEG): They are also known as AEG which stands for Airsoft Electric Gun. They are considered to be the best type of airsoft guns. Their firing mechanism is powered by a tiny but very powerful motor inside each of the gun. There is also a spring in each of them. However, the spring is under the control of an electronic motor to attain high rates of fully automatic fire. AEGs have an advantage over other types of guns, which is they are capable of being loaded with miniature paintballs. However, you have to be careful with this because in the event of any paintball breaking inside them, their entire firing mechanism can be clogged and you will have to strip the guns down to clean them.
Gas-powered Airsoft Guns: They are capable of automatic fire and they are more convenient to use because there is no need to cock the guns every time you want to fire because the guns have a gas charge built inside each of them. These guns are much more powerful then most of the spring airsoft guns and they can be more expensive as well. The gas used by these guns needs to be refilled using co2 cartridges or a portable hand pump. Gas-powered guns have a more realistic feel then the other types of guns.

Best Airsoft Pistols and Pistol Air Soft
Entering the airsoft gun hobby can be rewarding but is not always easy because of the variety of options you can choose from. Not only do you have to worry about choosing airsoft rifles that are well manufactured but you also need to consider which specific types of guns you want to work with. Maybe you already know whether you want airsoft pistols, http://www.softairpro.com/airsoft-pistols/ or machine guns but learning a bit more about your choices will ensure that you choose the best airsoft guns for your needs and your experience level.
Airsoft Pistol, Shotguns & Handguns, http://www.softairpro.com/
With airsoftguns, you’ll also find some other options. Handguns, such as airsoft pistols, are frequently purchased by beginners because they are a good choice for learning how to properly and accurately handle and fire one of these weapons. They can also be good sidearm weapons meaning they can serve as a backup if you’re playing a match and run out of ammunition. Most of the shot guns are not going to be used in matches but there are some that are capable of firing off multiple rounds quickly but overall these would be better choices for target practice. Most airsoft enthusiasts would suggest pistols over both shotguns and revolvers that rarely perform as well.
Air Soft Rifle Options
Two types of rifles are commonly available in the airsoft arena. Assault rifles are one choice. These are one of the most popular types of guns in the airsoft family, possibly because people love the idea of shooting off an M-16. These weapons are capable of doing auto fire that makes it an ideal choice for a few airsoft matches. Another option is a sniper rifle. These can be great choices if you’re already part of a team and that team wants a competitive advantage. Not everyone enjoys using a sniper rifle but it can make a great secondary choice.
Air soft Pistol, Carbines and SMGs, http://www.softairpro.com/airsoft-guns/
The carbine is an interest choice because it’s basically just a smaller version of standard airsoft rifles, except that it uses the same ammunition as a submachine gun (SMG). Among airsoft players, the SMGs seem to have some advantages. They may not pack the biggest payload or the most power but they can be great choices because they are easy to handle and don’t hamper your movements the way larger automatic weapons, such as the machine gun, might.
Deciding on the Right Weapon
Despite all of the pros and cons, the only person who can really determine the best airsoft guns is you. And that decision should be based on many factors, including your experience level and your intended purpose with the weapon. In some cases, the type of weapon may not matter as much as whether or not you’re choosing an automatic or semi-automatic variety. At the end of the day, you have to make the decision about the best airsoft guns for your needs and that requires some research and careful consideration. After all, you don’t want to go home with airsoft pistols only to find out you’d have been better off with an M-16.

For the interested person who is looking to join the exciting and exhilarating fun of the sport of Airsoft, finding an affordable Airsoft gun is not as complicated as it may seem. Although some of the higher-end guns can be expensive, the average newcomer does not have to spend a small fortune to purchase and enjoy a quality Airsoft gun. Before the interested buyer begins to search for his optimal weapon, an understanding of the different types of guns that are available, and how these guns work can be very helpful.
Generally speaking, Airsoft guns fall into three different categories, which are defined by how the guns are designed and operate. The more complicated the inner mechanisms that fire the guns, usually the more expensive they become. The first category we will examine is the Automatic Electric Airsoft Gun or what is commonly referred to as the AEG. These electric guns are arguably the most popular guns among veteran Airsoft players. They have given the sport its greatest appeal and are singularly responsible for its explosive growth around the world. The AEG has an electric motor that is powered by an onboard battery. The motor turns the gears inside the gun, which in turn causes a piston to compress and release. The piston creates a blast of air that propels a 6mm plastic BB through the barrel of the gun. This fully automated system gives these guns the exciting rapid-fire feature that makes them so popular. These guns also tend to be the most expensive of the Airsoft gun family, usually costing around several hundred dollars.
The next group of guns to look at is the Gas Powered Airsoft guns. These guns operate by compressed air that fires the BB. The gas is either stored in an onboard cylinder or a gas filled magazine that connects to the gun. Some of the more popular styles are the gas blowback guns or commonly called the GBBs. The compressed air that fires the BB also returns the firing slide to the fire position at the same time. This return action creates a realistic “recoil” sensation from which the name blowback is derived. Reputed to be great fun to play with, the high-end GBB model guns can also cost around several hundred dollars. The non-blowback gas guns are less costly and start at around 40 dollars.
The last category of guns to look at is the Spring guns, which are also referred to as the “Springers”. Commonly tagged the cheap Airsoft gun, these spring guns were the original Airsoft models. In order for the gun to fire, a spring mechanism must be manually cocked back each and every time. Due to their simplistic design, the Springers are the most inexpensive and cost effective Airsoft guns. These guns are recommended as perhaps the best for entry-level players. Most players at some point have owned one of these models, which can be purchased for as little as 20 dollars.
In an effort to find a cheap Airsoft gun the shopper must keep in mind the value for the money. Even though one can purchase a gun for around 20 dollars, this does not mean that the gun is cheap in quality. A well made 20 dollar Springer can be a great value for the money, just as a two hundred dollar AEG can be a great value as well. Usually no matter the price, buying a gun from a well-established Airsoft manufacturer is important and worth the investment.
